The context

Speedlegal was raising while trying to grow — two efforts that usually compete for the same attention and energy.

What I built

I designed an ABM strategy that ran alongside the fundraise, turning investor and market attention into concrete pipeline. The two motions reinforced each other instead of pulling apart.

What I learned

A fundraise is a marketing event whether you treat it as one or not. Run it as a system and the attention compounds; ignore that and it evaporates.
