Built sales funnels and systems grounded in relationship-first principles, replacing cold transactional outreach.

The context

The default playbook was cold, transactional outreach. It generated activity and very little trust.

What I built

I rebuilt the funnel around relationships — sequencing, CRM discipline, and triggers designed to deepen trust rather than extract a meeting. The system served the relationship, not the other way around.

What I learned

Real sales isn't about volume. It's about timing and trust — and you can't automate your way into either. You can, however, build systems that make you reliably present when timing and trust align.
