Built the internal operating system that runs FastrBuild — task management, client workflows, team accountability, all without production code.

The context

FastrBuild was scaling on goodwill and group chats. Work got done, but the system holding it together lived in people's heads.

What I built

I built the operating layer in Coda — a single source of truth for tasks, client workflows, ownership, and status. Every handoff became visible. Every commitment had a name attached.

What I learned

A company doesn't need software to have an operating system. It needs clarity about who does what, by when, and what 'done' means. Tools just make that clarity durable.
